One of Our Own Nominated Into Hall of Fame!

Maybe you know him? Our very own Jay Fitzgerald!  Jay was inducted into the American Swimming Coaches Association Hall of Fame in Las Vegas along with 4 other coaches on Sept. 7.

Jay has coached all over the country at club, high school and college levels. He’s been at it for four decades and has personally sent 34 of his athletes to major international meets as well as coaching no less than 16 Olympians. Jay has even coached the U.S. national team!

Since he joined the Panthers Jay has a dual meet record of 249-27 and has been named the Broward Coach of the Year 10 times. He also runs Pinecrest’s year round club.

Congratulations Jay, you earned it!
