Cutler Bay

Representing the State of Florida’s youngest incorporated community since its incorporation in 2005, Cutler Bay is located adjacent, and directly south of it’s neighbor, the Village of Palmetto Bay. The city of Cutler Bay recognizes the importance of instilling a small-town feel upon its community despite its proximity to the Metropolitan area of Miami. Its combination of secluded neighborhoods, small shopping centers and restaurants, upstanding parks and recreation facilities and strong sense of community surely contribute to the community’s charming small-town ambiance.
