		<description>Hi Lynda!  No, this is total forgiveness that the feds provide.  No payback is required if the right conditions are met.  But it is only good for the years of 2007, 2008 &#38; 2009.  I guess they figure by 2010 we shouldn't be suffering these foreclosures (not to this extreme anyway).  Maybe the 15 year payback was prior to the feds stepping in to provide some relief to overburdened homeowners.
