Mana, this one was very close by and so is the one coming up on Sunday. I am glad I took the time. Many home sellers are considering them nowadays with the way the market is.

Bob, we’ve been seeing a lot more of them in our region as well. But unless they are ABSOLUTE AUCTIONS, they really don’t have the desired effect.

Auctions have become popular around here…especially the ones on the county court steps.

We had one like the one you attend with the same results, seller rejected it. It wasn’t quite as far away from market price as yours though.
